We can engrave a wide variety of hats, bags, and accessories. Most items with a flat surface are suitable for engraving. Please check the product description for specific engraving options available for each item. We typically engrave vegan suede for our hats and bags.

How long does the engraving process take?

Standard engraving typically takes 3-5 business days as long as we have the hat/bags color in stock. We can order a specific hat color if requested. Rush options may be available for an additional fee. Processing time begins after your order is confirmed.

Can I customize the engraving design?

Yes! We offer custom engraving designs. You can provide your own design or work with our team to create something unique. Custom designs may require additional time and fees.

What is your return policy on personalized engraving?

Personalized engraved items cannot be returned due to their custom nature. However, if your item arrives damaged, we offer a 7-day replacement or refund policy from the date of delivery. Please contact our customer service team with photos of the damage for assistance.
